Translation Fees
The translating services fees are available for pages that contain 1800 characters , including spaces. The fees are negotiable if more than 20 pages need to be translated. Translations that involve two foreign languages are applied fees subject to the number of pages and text difficulty.The translations that need to be done in an emergency regime may suffer alterations, subject to the complexity of the text to be translated and the translated pages; the emergency fee can be set between 20% and 50% from the whole value of the translating fee. The payment can be done by cash or by bank transfer (payment order).
Interpretation Fees
*The fees envisage an hourly rate and form a single billing unit, therefore cannot be divided.
The interpreting services can be also performed by telephone. Loyal clients will benefit from standard fees discounts.
What are the criteria you take into account when setting a translation price?
Prices are set subject to the complexity of the text to be translated which may differ. The more specialised a text is, the higher the price. Usually, this applies to documents that do not fall into the category of ''notarised'', standard documents, such as work ledgers, various diplomas, ID cards, passports, certificates etc. that are evaluated per page. Other types of documents such as manuals, courses, contracts of all types, books, novels, articles, all from various fields ( from technical, medical to scientific, business etc) are applied prices that refer to 1800 characters, spaces included. Therefore, in each case the FINAL price is calculated based on the following factors:- Type of document - standard (notarised) or specialised.
- Source and target languages.
- Number of words - this applies to documents other than standard documents.
- Deadline requirements.
- Special requirements and formats.
- Number of pages.
